Our College and Career Coaches help bridge that gap by providing practical guidance and spiritual encouragement.
By sharing your expertise and experience, you can help a young woman dream bigger, plan smarter, and step confidently into the future God has for her.
Coach Responsibilities:
Assist high school girls with college applications, scholarships, and career exploration.
Provide coaching on professional skills like resumes, interviewing, and networking.
Share faith-based encouragement for navigating life transitions.
Participate in workshops or one-on-one coaching sessions.
Commitment:
Minimum of 3-5 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
Attend our annual College Kickoff Event (optional but encouraged).
Be available virtually or in-person based on mentee needs.
